SHIPPING & PRIVACY POLICIES INFORMATION

✩Packaging✩

*All items are UV sterilised immediately before wrapping for your safety.

Your purchase will come gift wrapped in a lovely organza bag, acid free coloured/patterned tissue paper (colour + patterns may vary depending on season/item) and a sturdy outer packing mini corrugated cardboard box, ready to give as a loving gift to someone special or for a treat for yourself.
If you have any special packing/wrapping requests, please ask.

 

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING:

Processing time (the time it takes me to prepare your order)- 

3 to 5 working days (from receiving payment to getting your item made to order/prepared/wrapped and taken to the Post Office). 

Estimated shipping times (approximate times it takes the shipping company/s to get your order to you)-

The following estimates are pre-Covid19, deliveries may be delayed, this varies from country to country. Please contact me if you need advice.
United Kingdom: 2-5 business days
North America: 1-4 weeks
Europe: 1-4 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and the rest of World: 2-5 weeks

*Please note, as you will expect due to the Worldwide Covid-19 pandemic all packages are tending to take longer than usual to reach customers (especially International orders, where parcels pass through customs check points), so please be patient with the Posties.
*All items are UV sterilised immediately before packing, but I cannot vouch for the health status of anyone handling your package after they have left my hands. Government recommendations say that Coronavirus can survive for 24 hours on cardboard and 72 hours on hard/non absorbent surfaces (plastic, metal etc), so please bear that in mind when opening your package.

✩International orders may be delayed by internal postal systems and/or customs controls so please be patient.

USA & CANADA- Includes International Tracked Shipping:

REST OF THE WORLD- Includes International Tracked Shipping:

Due to logistical problems either with customs or postal service issues I regrettably have to limit delivery to certain countries.
If your country is not listed for postage at check out feel free to message me, I will try to accommodate you you if I can.

UK & WORLDWIDE REFUNDS:

I have always abided by the EU buyer protection laws, which allows European residents to return items for any reason (I also extend this policy to UK and worldwide buyers) provided the following conditions are met:

✩The buyer must contact me/the seller within 14 days of the receipt of the goods.
✩The buyer must return the goods within 30 days of the receipt of the goods (this can be extended for international purchases provided that the item is posted within 21 days of receipt and tracking details are sent to me).
✩The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs using a tracked/signed for service.
✩Upon receipt of the returned goods, the seller will issue a refund.
✩Refunds cannot be given until the goods are returned, in good unused condition.
✩UK refunds are for the full price of goods.
✩EU refunds include cost of goods plus initial shipping.
✩Non-EU refunds include the cost of the goods but not the initial shipping.
✩The returns policy does not apply to custom or personalised goods.

✩If an item gets lost or damaged in the post (if damaged, photo evidence of damaged packaging/item as it arrived in your hands is required for a claim, also all packing must be retained- this is a request from Royal Mail claims service).

I will send a replacement or repaired item whenever possible and if not (due to one-of-a-kind materials) I will offer suitable replacement or a full refund of the item price, which you will have full choice/approval of.

    ✩Orders are sent by "Royal Mail International Tracked"
