*All items are UV sterilised immediately before wrapping for your safety.

Jewellery:
- your purchase will come in a stylish black gift box and acid free tissue paper (colour + patterns may vary depending on season/item).
Larger items (necklaces, dice, bookmarks etc):
- come with a black Fair Trade cotton pouch or the pouch as featured in the photos. Occasionally if an item will not fit in to my standard packing it will come with equally stylish gift wrapping.
Outer packaging will be a sturdy mini corrugated cardboard box.
If you have any special requests for tissue paper colours, or a personalised gift message please ask.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING:
Processing time (the time it takes me to prepare your order)-
3 to 5 working days (from receiving payment to getting your item made to order/prepared/wrapped and taken to the Post Office).

UNITED KINGDOM SHIPPING:
✩If an item gets lost or damaged in the post (if damaged, photo evidence of damaged packaging/item as it arrived in your hands is required for a claim, also all packing must be retained- this is a request from Royal Mail claims service).
✩I will send a replacement or repaired item whenever possible and if not (due to one-of-a-kind materials) I will offer suitable replacement or a full refund of the item price, which you will have full choice/approval of.
SHIPPING TO OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM:
✩Orders are sent by "Royal Mail International Tracked"
✩The buyer is responsible for any customs charges, taxes or levies should they occur.
